Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount debited but ticket not booked -Refund issue

I had tried to booked ticket on 05/02/2024 from maduari to thiruvannamalai but amount of Rs. 385 got debited, but my ticket had not been booked. When checked the booking details it shows "Failed " status.

So, I kindly request to look into the issue and provide me with my refund as soon as possible.
