Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount Debited But Ticket not Booked - Refund My Amount

I have recently booked a ticket from chennai to trichy at 26/11/2022 for travelling at 30/11/2022 for amount 430/- which was Debitted from my account but then it shows error and the process failed now i again have to book a ticket to travel and then this time i booked but the amount for the first ticket is not refunded yet so please refund the amount as soon as possible.
