Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount debited but ticket not issued it was shown as error

Hi..on 8th October 2022 I tried to book ticket online from Nagercoil to chennai, I selected UPI payment system (payed via Paytm UPI).My money got deducted but booking was not completed..
Nagercoil to chennai bus ., which was scheduled to depart at 19.00
Rs.750 debited from account, but not booked and no refund initiated so far, requesting for refund..
