Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount Debited from my Account, But Ticket booking got failed and Amount not yet Refunded.

On 11/10/2022, I tried to book 1 ticket from Tirupati to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.645/- has been debited from my Bank Account. But ticket was not booked (showing as ticket booking failed).

TNSTC Reference Number: OB19132692, Till now i didn't get my refund amount. So, kindly resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.
