Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount debited from my account but ticket was not booked

On 27/05/2023, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.685/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did tried from my TNSTC mobile app and made transaction from GPay. Attaching the transaction screenshot here for the reference
