I have book a ticket from Nagercoil Vadacherry to Thanjavur on 5th sept and the amount was debited from my account but ticket failed booking.But in Transaction details it shows like that the refund request is not applicable.

I have booked today via UPI ID but not booked, i didn't get any notification

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Madurai on 20th Oct 2022 and amount was debited from my Amazon Pay UPI but ticket not booked and I'm not getting any notification like OB reference number. Any solution for my problem?
