Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount Deducted But Ticket details not received

I booked from Chidambaram to madurai ( travelling date :[protected] time : 20.15 ) . But During the payment the screen was stucked due to some issues, but amount deducted. still i did not receive ticket details too. so please give the solution as soon as possible.
