Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount Deducted for booking the Tickets but tickets not generated - Need Refund

On last Tuesday(13 September 2022) 3.48 PM , I booked two tickets from Coimbatore to Tirunelveli in the bus Trip code :2015COINKTM, Route No: 662UD for the journey date 30 Sep 2022 for the seat numbers 25 and 26.The bus fare was Rs.860.I have paid the ticket fee using Phonepe
UPI by scanning the QR.Transaction was successful but the tickets were not booked.
Please help me in refunding the amount.
