Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Amount is debited from the account but ticket is booked

Hi,

I have booked a ticket on tnstc app on 2nd Jan. Payment has been done through upi id but amount is deducted and ticket is not booked. Also, the app is full of bugs and looks to be scammers group who own this. Attaching documents for the reference
