Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Blgovernment bus not stopped in their regular bus stop

Bus not stopped in my town bus stop.
myself and along with me there are 7 people with their kids expecting the bus arraival. the government bus has passed without stopping. i didnt noticed the bus registeration number.
but the other details are:
place : krishnapuram, kadayanallur
district: tenkasi
bus : old green color model, front side mentioned as shencottai with slightly damaged board. back side mentioned as Tenkasi.
