I had booked the below ticket for my parents, today is my journey date and while boarding the bus they confirmed there is no such ticket booked.

Then how the hell i got the below ticket and who had canceled the same.

Now how can they travel tell me, i also checked my bank statement there is no such refund. Then what happened to my booking.

I also tried contacting[protected]/ 49076316 available in your website but it was always busy, i tried nearly for an hour.

Is there any one responsible to answer me?

If yes call me at [protected]/ [protected]. I want justification for my inconvenience.

I am from kallukadai, icf. 7B is not stopped even i showed hand to stop. at 7.11 pm. on 6.6.18. white board one. 248 green board never stops here.
