Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Bus Conductor refused to accept my old 10 rs note

Am travelling from kanchipuram to ponnamalle regularly, today i gave my money inexchage to get busticket(1*20rs 3*10rs notes), inthat one 10rs note was looking old and folded edges are slightly torned not even 1percnt of the size of the currency but conductor refused to accpt my money.kindly look into this and do the needful
