Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Bus driver and conductor is not responsible to do their job

Respected sir/madam,

I am praveena, a working employee in private sector company. My native is panjapatty village in karur district. I was waiting for panjapatty government bus ( bus number- 8). I Was waiting from 4AM for this bus ( this is the first bus starts from karur to panjapatty)but It came late to karur bus stand at 5.45pm. After the bus entered to the bus stand, we are waiting for passengers to get down from the bus. Immediately after the passenger get down from the bus, the driver start to move the bus without waiting for the passenger who all are wait in the karur bus stand. I am carring my luggage and run after the bus to stop but they didn't even consider our pain. What is government bus duty? Is this the way the treat the passenger? I want to take a strict action against the bus driver and conductor.
