[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Bus ticket booking failed but Money deducted

I've tried to book ticket for travel from Chennai to Keezhakarai on TNSTC android application and used upi for the payment of ₹590. The amount has been deduced from my bank account but the ticket booking was failed. I've tried this 2times. Both of the transaction was failure.
This is the first time I'm facing issue with TNSTC e-ticket reservation. I don't know where is the problem, is it with app or their gateway Billdesk. I need your help and support to get refund as quickly as possible.

As they have said in their rules and regulations that "incase the ticket was not booked but amount debited from the account, then the debited amount will be refunded in 7working days"
