Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Bus ticket fare charged full for children age 10

I travelled with my family from Perambalur new bus stand to labbaikudikadu, myself, my wife and 2 chidlren at the age 5 and 10 respectively, i told conductor to provide me ticket as 2 full and 2 half but he didn't listen me and merely gave me full charge ticket of 4no.

Whether the conductors are delebarately ignoring or ignorant???
