Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Bus timing and late service

My current location is karumathampatti
Coimbatore district
I'm almost waiting for one and half hour
For karumathampatti to tirupur town bus but still not coming bus
Transportation rules for every half hour once bus coming But Not following the rules
Please solve the problem
