All buses running between pondy to chennai, must cover the stage name 'thiruchitrambalam kootroad'.but most of the buses are not following this rules.buses are running in bypass itself.people in thiruchitrambalam are suffering daily without proper transport.so please kindly take my complaint as important&solve it for people.please give the permanent solution for this.this is not a complaint.this is our request.please.

My father is an employe in tnstc iam studying in theni while comming from madurai to nagercoil at TN 58 N 1919 point to point on 15/09/2016 at 7'o clock i show my free pas to the conductor he didnt acept it and sent me out from the bus my pass is eligible in setc also please take an imediate action sir
