Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Collecting tickets for private college students against government rules

Before 4 or 5 days tamilnadu government announced that school and college students can travel for free in government buses. But few bus conductors collecting tickets from private college students claiming that it is only free for government college students. Kindly take action about this matter. THANK YOU
