Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Complaint about conductor

In the morning 12 feb 2022 at 9:15 am, i was looking for the bus to reach the Chidambaram in panruti bustand with my mother. She is so aged, not awared about the bus routes in panruti. She asked the conductor of the bus TN 32N 3999, whether the bus will reach the chidambaram. The conductor name was kumar i think so.
. He was "not badged with uniform". The bus backside and frontside board was named with Chidambaram with "route 165". He irresponsibly replied that bus willl not go for Chidambaram. Then again i asked politely, the bus board named with chidambarm . He arrogantly replied with some bad words "the bus wont reach for you sack". The same bus driver came on the few moments. Again we asked the driver. Is this bus go for Chidambaram. The driver said yes, it will reach chidambaram. After getting so much of confusion
and conversation we get seated on the same bus with driver confirmation. The conductor kumar came for ticketing at passenger. I asked two tickets for chidambaram with Rs 500. He immediately thrown currency on my face who is disrepcting the indian currency and tried to pull out me from the bus, and said i wont run bus for you . The driver told to conductor they asked at me before entering the bus. He replied that driver, without my knowledge, how will take the passenger. "they are senseless that scolding the public horribly ". I said you are not supposed to reject the valuable indian currency by throwing on my face. I can ready to get the change after bus get reaches at chidambaram. He treated me and my mother with arrogance without any proper reasons. He refused to give the tickets for us and i forcefully asked the tickets with rs100 with help of near by passenger. I need immediate action on this conductor about his immoral behaviour. Every officer namely branch manager, managing director should take necessary action this conductor . Here i had attached the photocopy of ticket no 07383, book no :AK 59. I can prove the incident anywhere with passenger who travelled with us.

I am traveling Chennai to chidhambaram. Am carrying a toy cycle for 1year baby. It's around 2 or 3 kg. From Chennai to cuddalore i do not get charged. But cuddalore to chidhambaram cunductor insist to pay me. I asked his staff no but he refused to share it. And as per transport policy more then 15kg or electronic item if we carrying we should take luggage charged.

Kindly educate the staffs.

And I need to justification. For it ...
