Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Complaint about conductor -reg

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent incident that occurred while travelling on your bus service.I am 19 year old college student who is traveling from Tiruppur to Coimbatore.

Earlier today, I boarded one of your buses at my usual stop, and everything was going smoothly until we reached my intended destination. The conductor had not come to collect my ticket, and I was unable to locate him in the crowded bus. I had no intention of avoiding payment and was more than willing to pay my fare.

When I attempted to ask the conductor about my ticket, he became extremely rude and unprofessional. He accused me of not having a ticket and threatened to drop me off at the next stop, which was not my intended destination.

To my dismay, the conductor followed through with his threat and dropped me off in the middle of a heavy downpour, far from my intended destination. I had to walk several blocks in the rain, which left me soaked and caused me a great deal of inconvenience.

As a customer, I am deeply disappointed with the conductor's behavior and lack of professionalism. I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy when using your service, and the way I was treated today fell far short of that standard.

I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the conductor involved. I also urge you to ensure that all your conductors receive training on how to handle such situations professionally and respectfully.

I hope to receive a prompt response from you regarding this matter.
