I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent journey on TNSTC services. My PNR is T49880205, and the date of travel was 28/11/2023, from Aranthangi to Chennai, on Vehicle No: TN1086, Route No: 131UD, Seat Number 15 and Conductor Mobile No: [protected].
The primary issue I encountered was rainwater seeping inside the bus through the window, making seats 15 and 16 unusable. This not only affected me but also inconvenienced my co-passenger. I found the situation to be disappointing and disruptive to the overall travel experience.
Despite the adverse conditions, I refrained from approaching the conductor or driver, recognizing that the issue was beyond their control. To cope with the situation, I resorted to sitting in the driver's cabin after the halfway mark due to the rainwater in my designated seat.
Additionally, I observed that the facilities for the driver and conductor were inadequate. The absence of a window to close left the driver completely wet, causing significant discomfort. This raised concerns about the working conditions and welfare of the staff.
I am reaching out to bring attention to these issues in the hope that corrective measures can be taken to enhance the overall service quality and passenger experience. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request a resolution to ensure a more comfortable and satisfactory travel experience in the future.
