Subject: Complaint Regarding Water Leakage in TNSTC Bus

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue that I experienced while traveling on one of your TNSTC buses. On [29/10/2023], I boarded bus [TN01AN3215] departing from [Trichy] and headed to [Chennai].

During the journey, I encountered a significant inconvenience due to water leakage inside the bus. Water was dripping from the roof, causing discomfort to the passenger. This not only affected my journey but also posed a safety hazard.

I would like to request the following actions to be taken:

1. Immediate inspection and repair of the bus [TN01AN3215] seat number 24 w to prevent further water leakage issues.

2. Ensure that all TNSTC buses undergo regular maintenance to prevent such incidents in the future.

3. Compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced during this journey.

I have attached my ticket and a picture of the water leakage for your reference. Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a response with the actions taken to address this issue.
