Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Conductor's rude behavior for asking changes properly

On 19.03.2023 Bus no 3174. Route from sathy to tiruppur Bus's conductor not given proper changes to many passengers. If we asked for a change he replied rudely and not given the changes. Please do take action on the careless conductor as soon as possible. I have attached the ticket of the Bus.
