Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Didn't stop at right bus stop

Bus no :67, Gurusamipalayam to Salem
Driver name : Sivakumar
We going to take bus at 2.15 pm but the bus come late at 2.40 and didn't take the right bus route and stop at highway and the driver said we haven't time to take you the stop so you move to another bus. We all including children are in trouble that the bus didn't arrive and didn't stop the right place.
That driver didn't have any responsible and care for public service.
