Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Driver closed the door while passenger with baby in door

The driver of the bus closed the bus door while female passenger with baby entering the bus.
The two peopl (me and my baby) stuck inbetween the door and the driver saying it automatically got closed.

How can the driver close the bus without even noticing the passenger entering the bus.

I need to take action on the bus driver.
