We tried booking ticket 3 times..
Bus from - Pondicherry to chennai
Bus time - 15:10 PM
ROUTE no - 803EUD
Date of journey - 17/08/2024
Amount debited - Rs. 420 + Rs. 420 + Rs. 420 = Rs.1260
Transaction reference number for 3 payment, that I received from [protected]@billdesk.com :
YAX[protected], YAX[protected] and YAX[protected] which has been successfully updated to merchant .
For all the three times, I tried booking with my card, From TNSTC website I got a message "Error, please try again later"
So I tried 3 times..
All 3 times my amount got debited from Bank. But I didn't get any Message from TNSTC regarding PNR or In the website success message. So we didn't know ticket was booked, so we didnt travel.
So Duplicately 3 times Seat has been booked. And my amount Rs.1260 got debited.
Could you please help me get REFUND for Rs.1260 as mentioned above.

I have contacted below numbers Already, but no updates on Refund. No replies received on my Refund status:

KINDLY PROVIDE ME REFUND OF RS.1260, AS THIS HAPPENED DUE TO TNSTC WEBSITE ISSUE / SERVER ISSUE, WHERE MY AMOUNT GOT DEBITED 3 TIMES, BUT NO SUCCESS MESSAGE OR ANY DETAILS REGARDING MY BOOKING I RECEIVED IN MY MOBILE NUMBER.
