Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Harsh words against passenger by conductor

Today (27.11.2021) me and friend got on a bus ( Bus number 11 )which goes from erode bus stand to Chennimalai. The timing of the bus from erode bus stand is 4.20 p.m. As it is run by the government, the cost of the ticket is free for female. Usually in buses conductor would come to give tickets and or else we will ask for some time. Today we got on the bus and we both were talking, within getting into bus the conductor scolded us for not getting the tickets infront of the whole bus using harsh words...it really made us embrassed...we not even opened our mouths, we just got out of the bus just for our self respect. Please take action on this matter. It's not a good thing to scold a passenger infront of all using harsh words.
