Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Iam complaining about conductor asking for ticket while I have bus pass

Sir iam studying in salem 7arts college and my home is at yercaud so i need to go for salem new busstand for my bus so usually i go to gh stoping for going new bus stand today number 13 town bus tn 30 na 1314 bus conductor asked me to take ticket for going to new busstand but i had my bus pass with me i showed him bust he told take ticket or get down at next stoping.This is not forst time happening like this so please take action on it
