Request for Refund - Bus Ticket Booking Failed Once the payment was done

Address: State Express Transport Corporation Tamil Nadu Ltd., Head Office, Thiruvalluvar House, Pallavan Salai, Chennai - 600002.

On 30/10/2020, I tried to book a bus ticket from Chennai to Salem in SETC. Amount Rs.1145/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I did login with Guest account as I don't have any SETC user account.

Complaint regarding violation of rules by bus conductor and TNsTC

Address: Chennai, Tamilnadu

Date: 19-Oct-2020 Bus No. TN23N2559 departed at 4PM from Chennai MGR bus terminal. From Chennai MGR CMBT bus stand to Hosur. This is a deluxe bus which supposed to operate by stopping at specific important bus terminals.
When the bus started from Chennai the seats were 60% full.
But, In this bus the conductor didn’t follow the bus stop rules and he stopped, boarded and dropped people at about 12 stops before reaching vellore...

double charges for single luggage

I have been traveling from coimbatore to salem in a point to point bus (Tn30n1954) on 10/6/2020 at 10: 00 am. I supposed to carry an led tv of 32 inch sony. I have reported to the conductor regarding the luggage carrying. He asked double the ticket charges for that single luggage. I. E 310 rs. For luggage and 155 for my ticket. regarding bus pass extension

Respected sir/mam,
i'm vaishnavi and doing research in madras university. I renewed my monthly bus pass on 12th february 2020 at t nagar depot. This bus pass is valid till 15th march 2020. Due to this corona issues, government has announced lock down from 24th march 2020 till the date. So, not only me, many people could have renewed there bus pass by paying 1000/- without using it for upcoming month.

careless behaviour of tnstc bus conductor

tn bus issue

I've boarded bus at 10:30 pm from mayiladuthurai to chennai, now the time is 2:41am, within 1hr i have to reach thiruvanmiyur, but still we're in starting point of the ecr due to bus having some technical issue. Without resolving the issue the bus will not move.

sms not received for the journey

I booked a ticket to travel from bangalore to coimbatore on[protected] with tnstc wide pnr number t28811341, unfortunately instead of 9.00pm have booked for 9.00am, while reservation fee collected for sms charges and havnt received any sms for my travel, because of that i lost my travel charges since as per tnstc terms cancellation is applicable within thirty minutes of travel time, though i had paid charges for sms, i haven't received any...

conductor not giving change.

Tnstc (Villupuram)- gudiyattam depot bus starting at banglore around 10.30 pm is not comming to ambur bus stand and takes byepass to gudiyattam. Since it is a mid night and no other bus to gudiyattam at that time lot of people waiting for that bus in ambur bus stand got disapponited and they are forced to go to pallikonda and come back to gudiyattam. This too happen during week ends.

luggage charges non standard

I am travelling in bus no 221 from central to kelambakkam... I am carrying a mini trolley bag which will fit in the cabin and less than 4 kgs... He charged a luggage charges from me. I am travelling with this bag every month for the last 2 years and no one asked for luggage charges. He has collected the money and also very rude to the passengers. Do you have any specific description in the bus which consider as luggage and which are not....

1-1 bus, non, stop but stop in everywhere for rest and bus stand

Tn-45 n-3955 from trichirappalli to coimbatore. Date: 20/01/2019, bus timing from trichy : 17: 40

I'm going to travel in some emergency travel, in this bus haven't the conductor too, he close his stage in trichy itself but still driver stopped the bus in all place. bus maintenance

During rainy season we are experiencing rain outside as well as inside the bus. All the parts are damaged and water is falling inside the bus on passengers seat. damaged and worst condition tnstc buses

I'm right now traveling to chethupattu from tambaram in bus route no 148 express. Bus number tn 32 3070. Timing 10:30 pm in tambaram i believe. luggage fare collected for mixie

I was travelling arakkonam to chittoor in bus @6.50 am. Vizhupuram depot bus. The conductor collected fare for carring mixie in the bus which is no more weight than 1kg. The conductor behavior was very bad, he used the word "ey ticket vaangu". Bus no. Tn21n1660. Why i need to pay when there is a rule to buy ticket if luggage weighs more than 30 kg....
