Today 05.03.2024 I was waiting for my bus to reach ukkadam at 7:50 am . There is usually a bus no 3 ganapati to madukkarai coimbatore. I don't know the name of the driver as he spoke to me in a rude manner . As the bus crossed the bus stop where i was standing not only me there were other few people who were also waiting for me . He saw the people in the bus stop and crossed the stoping as if there were no one in the bus stop . After i asked my father to chase the bus and made him stop and i got into the bus it was his mistake who failed to do his job as soon i get into the bus he started yelling at me saying " i asked you by action if your coming or not " he delivered it by yelling at me "I don't know what your talking about " i replied him and again he was blabbering something about me . It was not my fault that he is not stopping the bus for a passenger and behaving in a rude manner . I request the TNSTC to take an action on him I don't want anyone to get humiliated like me

    Hi I traveled by red bus and Sarai Travels on 21/02/24 my alighting point was mentioned as Athur Bus Stand so I chose Avrind and while traveling they didn't pick me up at Athur Bus Stand and dropped me midway at Athur Four Lane Bypass. My sister and her husband with her five days old baby girl were standing in the middle of the road then when I contacted the private four wheeler owner it was ten kilometers to reach there from his place and 10 kilometers to pick him up from Attur bus stand and back to his residence which was 25 kilometers total costing Rs. They asked me for 1500 and I told him that I will pay him 1300 rupees and for that he said yes, then he dropped my younger sister and her baby husband at Akur bus station and left. I request them to pay me 1000 rupees against those who gave me 300. I request them to take appropriate departmental and legal action against the concerned red bus.

      Respected sir/madam,
      I am college student studying in Chennai.
      Daily I used to college by government bus from uthukottai. But the conductors are not accepting the students bus pass. They are saying that we don't accept government bus pass, cause it is new bus (yellow colour bus). Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

        Today Sunday, I reach 11.45 at Sivandha colony bus, there near by 4 bus red color, private, tnstc bus standing but no one moving, around 12.10 one bus came fully loaded from saibaba colony, then I came on that bus to gandhipuram, here also bus are standing back to back to prozone mall but no one moving. With fully loaded with crowd, req to govt to see this REGoriusly

          Respected sir/madam,
          I am a college student studying in Chennai. Daily I go to college by government bus at 5:30 am. But the drivers are lethargic, they think the government bus as their own bus, they take the bus at their own time schedule not following the timing. And also they are not stopping the buses at stop. From uthukottai- Redhills, there are many villages, the students and working people from these villages are dependent on the buses from uthukottai. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

            I travelled from tirupattur to patchur in a bus no 459. on 2nd March afternoon. I got a bag of luggage. Conducter failed to get ticket for luggage. When I reached patchur he said that there is an ticket checker in my bus stop and he forced me to get out of bus without giving me a proper response. Also I am ready to pay proper fair for my luggage or even fine. He is not even ready to listen. This makes me hard time to carry my luggage from that bus stop to my home. People like this makes disgrace to the tnstc. So I complained this issue. Please investigate this.

              Hi team yesterday arrived from Navalur to Koyambedu arround 5:30pm I got into the bus in Navalur bus details: 570AC bus Bus No : TN01 3417. After I get into the bus I got the ticket and paid the amount to conductor but conductor was busy with his mobile and he forgot that I gave the amount to him he closed the account and while I was getting down he have threatened me to pay the ticket amount again while I was getting down in Koyambedu I said him to check the camera and I have paid the amount he doesn't allowed me to speak and using bad words and threatened me like something and got the ticket amount again I was wondering how come he doesn't close the account from Navalur to Koyambedu. After I got down I have informed this issue to terminal checker and Checker apologized on behalf of him and I request you to check the concern conductor person name and take an severe action if assistance needed call me @[protected] since I'm and employee of one of the multinational company Valeo.
              But the amount was not an matter for me but those cheating conductors are really needed for government? Please do think of this issue and kindly take an further action.

                In thanjavur to mannargudi, once there was lot of normal buses, but now its only express busses and only few normal buses are running, eventhough the busses are not stickered as normal and express, so we cannot find the busses, and expresses with no passangers also no stopping in bus stops. Please take immediate action on this.

                  I am from somanur I use town bus route number 90A for my daily travel to office from somanur to townhall Coimbatore. When i board the bus from somanur there is no issues in the morning time, but while returning home in late hours of evening time i face issues. As the bus will have the name board of the place that it has to go but after boarding the bus the conduct named murugesh and drivers sasi and Muthu pandian are people who always mis behaves with people in the bus . This bus route comes under the management of karumathampatti Coimbatore DT several times it's compliant to the manager of the branch but still there is no action taken from their side. Hope i will get a resolution as early as possible

                        The S43 Bus from Villivakkam to Pudur is not very frequent, causing a lot of inconvenience to the general public at large. The time gap between each bus is almost an hour, even at peak hours. A lot of people depend on this bus to commute on a daily basis. Kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.

                          Hi,

                          I was stopped by the conductor of the TNSTC bus while entering the bus(attached bus and conductor detail below). As I am getting down at Thamarai palayam, I was stopped to get into bus earlier and allowed to go inside before 5 minutes of its departure. They are allowing the people heading to karur to sit inside irregarding of their arrival time. Seats are reserved for them. We are also paying the money and travelling in the bus. Since they are travelling for 2 hours we are not supposed to be stopped at door. Rights should be equal. First comes first served. We were waiting for long time but people coming at last moment are allowed to travel its is not equal. My concern is that why half people should stand down and half should be seated. It is common behaviour in private bus conductor(Erode to Karur route) but I didn't expected it from tnstc bus. I would be like report this problem on behalf of the people who were sufferring regularly due to this kind of issue. This kind of behaviour should be punisable. I hope some change will happen for this kind of problem.

                              I had tried to booked ticket on 05/02/2024 from maduari to thiruvannamalai but amount of Rs. 385 got debited, but my ticket had not been booked. When checked the booking details it shows "Failed " status.

                                Today I traveled on Tamilnadu town bus no TN 29 /N 2719 at housur towards Attipalli at 7.50PM 21-Feb-2024. The ticket fair is 11rs and I geva it as 10rs coin and a one rupees coins.the conductor refused to accept the 10rs coin pretexting the coin is not valid and he stopped the bus and forced me to de-board the bus. The behavior is illegal and violation under section 6.1. I request the concern official to take necessary action

                                    I am going in this bus for more than one year but they are not coming on time. We have complained many times but they are not responding. Thier is only one bus they are providing in school and college timing so the students are standing in steps and coming. I am sincerely requesting to provide one more bus at the time of 8.00 to 8.30 and ask the drivers to come on time some times the 6.30 bus is coming on 7.30 or 8.00 this is not happening for one or two days daily they are doing like this. Some drivers r not giving respect to elders for females bus fairs are free so they are not respecting elders or ladies they r asking us to leave the bus whole running. Some r using bad words so please consider my complaint... Thanking you

                                      I have booked Ticket from Chennai cmbt to Velankanni in setc bus... Travel date 20/02/2024 timing 7am morning... We have reached the cmbt by 6.30itself... there is no proper help desk and guidelines in the cmbt where the platform to get bus... Because of your irresponsible attitude bus has started by 6.45 itself from the cmbt which is not the time... Since we are the reservation passengers not made a call and took the the bus... Driver and the Conductor says that time keeper said that there is no reservation for 7am bus... How the hell you people be like this to the public... We are paying the money to govt but we are facing the problems... The next bus drivers are complaining that we asked without the time you leaving earlier but they ignored... Is this the way govt access for the public... Also we have reserved tickets till Velankanni but the drivers are forcing to get down in nagai pattern due to their is no ticket after the drop bus will be empty so asking is to catch another bus... I want to take action plan on this complaint orelse am ready to go next level of escalation... Vehicle number is mentioned here

                                      I have booked Ticket from Chennai cmbt to Velankanni in setc bus... Travel date 20/02/2024 timing 7am morning... We have reached the cmbt by 6.30itself... there is no proper help desk and guidelines in the cmbt where the platform to get bus... Because of your irresponsible attitude bus has started by 6.45 itself from the cmbt which is not the time... Since we are the reservation passengers not made a call and took the the bus... Driver and the Conductor says that time keeper said that there is no reservation for 7am bus... How the hell you people be like this to the public... We are paying the money to govt but we are facing the problems... The next bus drivers are complaining that we asked without the time you leaving earlier but they ignored... Is this the way govt access for the public...                                         Today morning[protected] around 5 to 5.10am iam waiting for the bus stop at Thuckalay Old Busstand to going Vadasery. That time TN 74 N 2003 bus was came and I put in hand signal to stop the bus, but the bus was stopped so far the bus stop. Iam getting off bus and move near to conductor and asking the tickets for Vadasery for that conductor shouting to me why are you stop the bus iam said that iam going to Vadasery that's why stop the bus. Again again he shouting to why are you stop the bus and I replied this bus is going to Vadasery then why are you shouted me and I claimed please stop the bus iam getting down from the bus and he replied you go and asked to driver for stop the bus and iam going to asking driver for stop the bus for getting down. Then driver stop the bus between place Puliyoorkurichy and Kumarakovil Junction and iam getting down from the bus.

                                        So requesting to you for kindly take a warning for that conductor don't mis behaviour in passenger.
