On 16 Jan i booked my ticket from madurai to chennai and went payed my amount through billdesk after the payment was done the page started to reload and showed error fory ticket, I did not get any ticket and my money was also not given back.This was a huge disappointment from passanger side I tried to contact many customer care number none gave a effective answer.I am requesting you to refund the amount at the earliest....

I would like to report a complaint against some Conductors providing overcharged tickets.I often board the bus from Chennai One to Perungudi. The ticket rate is 15 rupee for Non AC and 20 for AC.

In morning bus from Bangalore to thiruvannamali, bus no.TN 32 N 4448, the conductor had reserved a seat by keeping his bag foor someone he knows.. on removing the bag and sitting in the seat he started to fight.
