Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — I'm complaining about bus stopping at illegal tea stop

I'm traveling from Coimbatore to Trichy in TNSTC bus (TN 99 N 0496). The bus stopped at a tea shop near manavasi for break where the drivers and conductors got supplies of tobacco products like Nizam and Pan Masala for free and for consumers they charges extra money for everything including water bottles. They are selling water bottles for 25 Rs more than MRP.
