Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — I'm complaining about the payment issue in TNSTC website.

On 09/06/2022, I tried to book a bus ticket from Vellore to Madurai in TNSTC. Amount Rs.470/- has been debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.
