Dear sir/madam, [protected]: Actually my monthly bus pass renewal time is every month 10 to 15... At the time if it have any holiday i can go and renew direct to my bus pass. Otherwise, (No holidays) like this month i can renew my bus pass through my mother. At the time i gave the original id to my mother for the renewal. Then, as usual i take a photo to my original id and shown that to conductors they are accept and put sign in my daily sheet... But today[protected] tuesday) mr. Balachandar (Conductor) asked me to show original i'd card... I am explained the above mentioned details to him. But he is not accepted. Again ask me to take a ticket. I don't have original id, (Due to renewal) hove ever i show my id photos (Through mobile) and given a original daily passbook. But, he is not ready to accept my words and taken a ticket from myself. Now, 1. I need a proper reply from tnstc and conductor mr. Balachandar sir to this regard. 2. I need a ticket amount of rs.26/- from tnstc Note: i am a regular consumer of tnstc for past 2years... Details: 1. Bus started on 8.30 at erode, (Erode to sathy pp) 2. Conductor mr. Balachandran sir. Kindly acknowledge this mail... Copy to 1. Cm cell 2.
