Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Issue with payment and ticket booking

For the past few attempts... whenever I tried to book tickets and do payment via billdesk...the amount is getting paid but the ticket is not being booked.Very very frustrated because of this issues.The amount is then being transferred to my account after 1 or 2 days.Please resolve this issue.what if I have only the ticket ammount and immediately wants to book ticket and then the ticket is not being booked but my money is gone from my account for that day ...so please please resolve this issue...I think billdesk is the problem.. please look into it.
