Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Male can book a seat next which is booked by a female

In TNSTC only seat no 11 and 12 are allowed for lady. It is always booked as only 2 is allowed. If a lady books any other seat other than mentioned seat the next seat should be blocked for same gender but a male member is able to book. How cum a lady can travel with a unknown male member especially n night(ultra deluxe 2 seater). Is it safe. Is this the way a government website works. Conductors trying to sort by altering seats but cant always help as they facing tough. So forcefully a lady member with fear n sleepless travelled with a unknown male. In all other state govt transport website it's not like that. Kindly look into the issue and has to be resolved immediately.
