[Resolved]  Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Money debited from my account ,but ticket not booking

Hi I have tried booked a ticket from chennai to karur for 01/07/2022 @ 08.45 pm, trip code of bus is 2045CHEKRU. I have paid the money Rs 440 2through UPI Payment (attached is the screenshot), money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked. kindly refund my money ASAP. Thanks
