Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Money debited from my account ticket not booked

Hi I have tried booked a ticket from Chennai to karur for 01/07/2022 @ 6pm, I have paid the money through UPI Payment (attached is the screenshot), money is debited from my account (Rs.440) but ticket is not booked. kindly refund my money ASAP. Thanks
