I booked a bus from Chennai to Dindigul on 27th January, 2022 from the SETC/TNSTC.
The process of booking was over and the money, Rs 475, got deducted from my account. However when i tried to download my ticket, it said that it was a failed transaction. The transaction no. is OB16177565.
I already sent a mail regarding this to [protected]@tnstc.in and [protected]@billdesk.com. I also tried contacting their telephone but there was no response for the mail and the phone is always busy.
