Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — More Time taking in canteens and stops

While traveling in between Karur and Coimbatore the bus drivers and conductors are taking more time in canteens and stops. No regularisation in time. They are taking themselves decision. All the passengers are getting frustrated. Related superior if take the actions to keep the time, it would be helpful for regular travel.
