Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — My money is debited from my account but ticket is not booked

Hi, On 22/07/2022, I tried to book a ticket from kanchipuram to madurai in TNSTC app. Amount Rs. 450 has been debited from my account but the ticket was not secured. Trip code: 1645MDVTIU.
