Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Need refund for cancelled tickets

My bus tickets were automatically cancelled due to lockdown, i got a message stating that i will get full refund. I have booked tickets on 30/04/2020 and 03/05/2020, these were cancelled but didn't got the refund amount.

T[protected] salem to chennai -03/05/2020
T[protected] chennai to salem -30/04/2020

I have already send out an email on may 24, but still i didn't got any reply. It's like more than month but still didn't get my refund.
