Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Need to refund money for my Non-booked ticket

Dear Sir/Madam, I have tried to book the TNSTC bus ticket on 06/02/2022 from TIRUPATHI to SALEM. Unfortunately, the ticket was not booked but money has been debited from Bank Account. Please refund my money to my bank account as soon as possible.
