Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Not able to select my destination

Dear Team,
The bus number -2240BANOOTCC01A is starting from Bangalore to Ooty via Gudalur.
When I select destination as Gudalur this bus is not available( none of the buses are shown).
Request you to enable Gudalur as one of the destination for this route.
