Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — not boarding passengers to dharapuram from coimbatore

I'm working in a government sector and im traveling to dharapuram from coimbatore daily in tnstc. But it becomes a big headache to board the bus, as many of the drivers and conductors do not wish to board passengers to dharapuram. So please take necessary action and warn them regarding their behavior towards us as we are not travelling free of cost in any bus.

This became a concern for me as i waited for 1 hour to board a bus from 11:30 to 12:30pm today.

I tried to book a ticket from chennai to Bangalore in a/c sleeper through UPI payment ([protected]@okicici) but failed. Money debited from account but didn't book any ticket

Please refund the amount of Rs. 625

I tried to book SETC bus ticket from TNSTC portal on 8.3.2020 through UPI (Google pay) payment method from HDFC bank. Ticket amount debited from account but ticket not booked. Last 7days I waited for my refund but stil now it's not happen. Kindly check and refund amount as soon as possible

That person when he take a charge that time the bus did unproperly lake up to bus stand for example that bus take up time 7.20 means he did take 7.45.. so please take a action about that person thank you sir...

I don't get reply for my comlaint nor call from customer care.

I got notification that my complaint is short. It's a follow up of my previous complaint. I have mentioned id number also. Can some body take am initiative to solve the problem
