Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Not given changes properly

On 19.03.2023 Bus no 3174. route from sathy to tiruppur Bus's conductor not given proper changes to many passengers. If we asked for the changes he replied rudely and not given the changes. Please do take action on such careless conductor as soon as possible. I have attached the ticket of the bus.
