Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Payment done and amount debited but tickets are not booked

I am Gokul from coimbatore I booked 5 tickets for the date 16/1/2024 at 20:42 from Kumbakonam to Coimbatore (Trip code : 2042KUMCOIKK01L ) on the date 3/1/2024 about 9:50 PM (21:50) .After the payment the amount was debited from my account but the website showed some error and I didn't receive any tickets confirmation message or mail. I Kindly request for a refund of the amount 1390 as soon as possible.
