Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Payment successful but ticket not booked

On june 1, 2022 I have booked two tickets from chennai to vedaranyam for Rs.840 both, total 1680. Both of the two times the amount got debited but ticket status shows failed. I waited 15 days for refund but it is not getting refunded. Kindly check and proceed with the refund as soon as possible.
