I have booked 2 tickets from Chennai to Tirunelveli on 20-Oct-2022. The timing for the bus for departing is at 13.00 IST. I have booked 2 tickets and the payment was completed successfully using UPI. But I didn't get any confirmation regarding the ticket. It was showing the payment processing page for about 20 minutes and then the app closed unfortunately.

So I kindly request you to kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.
