Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Private bus is having only driver and no helpers, brokers charging the passengers at different price

Yesterday i have boarded the bus at madurai mattuthavani bus stand to chennai arround 9 pm.
To fill the tickets they are having brokers and charging the customers at different prices(700, 750, 800).i have charged at 800 and that is not correct. It should be same price.

Bus tyre puncture at thindivanam arround 4 am. Nearly two hours to fix that issue. Passengers are helping drivers to change the tyre. They need to have helpers in the bus. Many passengers are losing their time. Who will be responsible for it.
