1. I booked three seats to mayiladuthurai and return ticket to chennai on 25.03.2020 & 26.03.2020 respectively through tnstc website.
2. Since i had an indication of the symptoms of covid19 for more than a week, on 18.05.2020, i decided to cancel the tickets with a positive note that i should not travel and spread the covid19.
As lockdown was in effect, a pandemic alert message was displayed in tnstc website stating all advance reservations are cancelled indefinitely until further orders from goi & got. Despite of that, i cancelled with a thought that even in case if the service is operated i should not travel with the covid19 symptoms and was under home quarantine.
3. Later as i thought, unfortunately i was tested positive for covid19 and was hospitalized; i got discharged from hospital recently and now under self isolation.

I had also sent an email with all necessary documents and my covid report to [protected]@tnstc.in & [protected]@eth.net & [protected]@tnstc.in as shown in websites. But the 1st & 3rd email addresses are not found to be correct/available while no response from [protected]@tnstc.in.
Further, i have been trying to reach the available contact numbers but no response.
I hereby kindly request to consider my case and refund the two above mentioned refund amounts totalling ₹2546/- to my account at the earliest please.
