Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — Refund not provided for bus cancellation

I booked a ticket from attur to chennai on march. Travelling date is 14th april 2020. Due to lockdown govt cancelled all the buses. But the refund amount not processed. I tried helpline number mutiple times but there is no proper response as well.
